Refund

You have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by the seller. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, Dev By Heart will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to expectations.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Ownership

Ownership of the product is governed by the usage license selected by the seller.

Changes about Terms

If we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use.
